I know how frustrating searching for free mockups can be on the internet so I decided to create my own simple poster mock up done using Photoshop CS5 but compatible with all kinds of adobe photoshop version. I used a sample of a job done for a church somewhere around London since I was not really busy. <p dir="ltr">Pregnancy is a wonderful experience for females . It is also a great joy for a father-to-be. As a lady, your body starts changing few weeks after taking in. These changes are usually noticeable. If you see any of these signs, ou may be wondering wether you are pregnant or not. Relax! Here are ten (10) signs to know if you are pregnant or not:<br><br></p>
<p dir="ltr">1. CHANGES IN THE BREAST AND NIPPLE AREAS: You may start noticing a tingling sensation in your breast and nipples. Also, you may notice how tender your breasts feels. At times, swollen breasts may be noticed.</p>
<p dir="ltr">2. CHANGES IN THE VAGINA AREA: You will notice a change in the colour of the vagina. The vulva and the vagina are usually pink in colour , but during few weeks of conception, the colour changes to dark purplish red.</p>
<p dir="ltr">3. MORNING SICKNESS: You may start experiencing body weakness (Tiredness) during the day and get dizzy so easiliy. In most cases, you may vomit often and experience a continuous spitting during the first trimester of the conception.</p>
<p dir="ltr">4. NEEDING TO WEE OFTEN: During this period, you will experience constant urinating. Assuming you normally urinate twice a day, it may advance to eight to ten times daily (more or less).</p>
<p dir="ltr">5. SMELLING SENSITIVITY: During pregnancy, you tend to get irritated by smells that do not affect you NORMALLY. SOMETIMES, these smells may be aromas of food which you actually like eating. During this time, you find its aroma irritating.</p>
<p dir="ltr">6. MISSING PERIOD: This is a very obvious sign of PREGNANCY, Although, missing period may not actually mean you are pregnant in some cases.</p>
<p dir="ltr">7. HUNGER ISSUES: During this period, you may observe that you eat more and get hungry quickly. This is due to the body adapting to the new system and trying to grow the foetus.</p>
<p dir="ltr">8. EASY MOOD SWINGS: In some cases, ladies known to be cool and quiet become so temperamental. This is due to emotional mood swings during pregnancy.</p>
<p dir="ltr">9. METALLIC TASTE IN THE MOUTH: You may get this metallic taste in your mouth during pregnancy. It is natural ; it is a major sign you are pregnant.</p>
<p dir="ltr">10. UNUSUAL DREAMS: You may start having dreams more often and they may be scarey, but this is also normal during pregnancy. However, it is not every pregnant woman who experiences this.<br>
If you are still doubting wether you are pregnant or not, you can do a “HOME PREGNANCY TEST” with the use of a pregnancy test tool called ACCURATE. This tool tests for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin in urine</p>
<p dir="ltr">HOW TO USE ACCURATE (PREGNANCY TEST TOOL)<br>
In Western Nigeria, this tool is usually sold for N50 . It works perfectly well when it is tested with an early morning urine. According to scientists and researchers, early morning urine contains more of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (in pregnant women). This tool will be placed in the urine for about ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes before going back to check. If you get a single strip on the device, it means the test result is negative (i.e not pregnant), but if it shows two (2) strips, then the result means positive (i.e pregnant). should help me punish him.</p>
<p dir="ltr">P Square's shekini track woke me up around 5:30am and it was actually my roommate Aigbe that used the tone as his alarm tone. Immediately, i stood up, tapped the girl<br>
on her leg. "stand up babe, it's morning, start preparing" I said. She stood up, collected my towel, my bathing kit and I had to follow her to the bathroom because<br>
Hollywood boys re dangerous, lol. I waited at the entrance of the bathroom just to guard her from "Dangerous Hollywod Boys". After, I followed her back to the room,<br>
so we all left the room for her so she could dress up.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This is what shocked me the most; she called my name "Rotimi! you can enter now, I'm done". I and my guys entered the room but to my surprise, the yellow sisi turned to<br>
a black lady. The power of make up is so great. It actually turned her from black to yellow, I felt so pissed, I just told her to leave immediately for reasons I did<br>
not disclose to her.</p>

My Prospect About Winning

<p dir="ltr">I wrote an article on Hub201 about winning and I've received a lot of positive comments from my readers on Hub201 and Facebook. Here's the article, feel free to comment below. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr">There are two sides to everything in life, yeah? yeah… That’s what I thought you would say. Good and bad, black or white, right and wrong, etc. You see, you are almost correct, it’s only that there are other options. Let me give you a scenerio from my personal experience.</p>
<p dir="ltr">It’s almost a month now that I stopped going for my Taekwondo training. And I’ve been training for almost a year now, but I never won any fight, not Once! It’s frustrating. I’m 5.5m (it’s obvious I’m not tall). So, I stopped being embarrassed when addressed as a short man. In Taekwondo, during sparing or in a competition I participated, I faced opponent(s) who are far away taller than I am , almost all the time. I would not be able to kick their head and score higher points (as required by the rules of Taekwondo). My friend, that is the true definition of frustration. So, I literally haven’t won any fight. Many times, I thought of quitting Taekwondo. What is the essence if you will never win a fight right? Hmmmm!</p>

<p dir="ltr">I went online to share my view on Reddit with other Taekwondo fighters. Their views shocked me. In all, most of them proposed more specific techniques for a short fighter- more work out regime and speed increase. One added, “If you love the sport, it should not be about winning. ”</p>
<p dir="ltr">Now, I’m thinking, have I not learnt a thing or two about the Korean culture, language and fighting style the whole year of my Taekwondo classes? Has it been a waste? Did I not enjoy it? The energy on the mat, was it not inspiring?</p>
<p dir="ltr">So, who says it’s a rule to even win at all? Who says not accomplishing a goal temporarily is losing? Is the game of life all  about winning?</p>
<p dir="ltr">A popular singer in the United States as at 2002, Jason Thomas Mraz, once said, “You are not obligated to win. You are obligated to keep trying to the best you can do everyday. ”</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="font-family: sans-serif;">Getting disqualified at an audition should not weigh you down nor make you quit. In fact, it does not define your ability nor inability. I realize people who tend to make it big in life actually did things they loved doing not because they were desperate to win, but because of the love and passion they have for what they do. If they were desperate to win, they would have given up at a point in time.</p><p dir="ltr" style="font-family: sans-serif;">I know of many music competitions, after the winner wins the competition, we no longer hear from them. Because they were driven by the passion to win not the love they have for music and since they achieved their aim, they relaxed. Meanwhile, somebody who could not get to the final stage of the competition would outshine them in the music Industry.</p><p dir="ltr" style="font-family: sans-serif;">Whatever you do in life, don’t be driven by the desperation to win; be driven by the passion and love you have for what you are doing because at the end, this would matter the most.</p><p dir="ltr" style="font-family: sans-serif;"><i>Contributor: </i><i>Guobadia</i><i> Jeffrey</i></p>
